Mr. Latimer was my English teacher at Lanier in the 60's. I never forgot him. Sometimes I would pass by and see him out in his front yard. Not only did he impart to me some language skills that have served me well the rest of my life but he was such a fine example of Christain manhood. May he rest in peace and his family be comforted as only God, by His Spirit can.

I remember Mr. Latimer as being a great teacher. I had him for home room and Algebra. The day always started with reading from the Bible. That's a good way to start the day. God bless and keep Mr. Latimer.
