Macon, Georgia - Richard Edwin Edwards, 71, of Macon, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Memorial services will be private.
Mr. Edwards was born August 31, 1952, in Charleston, South Carolina, to the late William Edwin Edwards and Christine Huey Middlebrooks Edwards. He was a retired installer for BellSouth Communications and was an avid lover of golf. Mr. Edwards was a graduate of the University of Georgia, with a Bachelor's degree in Business.
Mr. Edwards is survived by his daughter: Ryan Edwards; son: Bryan Hoopes; grandchildren: Ryland Bell and Raylin Burgamy; great-aunt: Gail Bass and by a brother: Don Edwards.
