When Paul admonished Titus on establishing the Church at Corinth and the rules for choosing the leaders of the church, everything Paul commanded of Titus on behalf of our Lord could and can be said about Dr. Williams. I knew him and I worked for his wife in the library at Willingham "A" and she was just a good a person as Dr. Williams. I will miss them both. My prayers are with the family.

To the Williams Family,

I enjoyed the personal honor of working with Dr. Williams while at the Tubman Museum and most notably as a board member of the Cemetery Preservation Corporation. He was a great leader and mentor to thousands. As an adult he was someone we could always count on as a resource and dedicated advocate for the Pleasant Hills community. I was honored to know him and blessed by his wealth of experiences. God Bless the Family. God Bless Dr. Williams. May he rest in Peace.
