March 19, 1951 - April 24, 2020
Warner Robins, GA- A private graveside service for Mr. Roy Lee Waters will be held Thursday April 30, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Parkway Memorial Gardens.
He was survived by his loving wife Cora Waters; three children: Regina Waters, Kimberly (Dwayne) Winfield, Roy Waters Jr., and a special daughter Akiya Clay; 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Thank you for continuing to practice social distancing while families are grieving the transitioning of their loved one.

My Dearest Brother-in-law....you will be greatly missed. What an honor it was to call you my brother for 50 years. I'll never forget how your smile would like up an entire room, the way you use pick at your guitar right before you went to practice with the band and the way you would say "huh say what now Gail" if I said something that tickled you or you found to be astonishing to your ears. It's going to be hard for us her left behind but knowing you are in a better place gives us comfort. Your memories and legacy will live on, maybe we can get one of those grands or great grands to pick up a guitar *smile*.
