Sandy Smith -SHERWOOD, AR - Sandy Smith, 60, of Sherwood, Arkansas passed away Monday, April 21, 2008. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Sherwood. -A Caring Wife, Loving Mother, and SUPER FANTASTIC MIMI, Sandy will be dearly missed. -She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Wayne O. Smith; (formerly of Cochran) daughter and son-in-law, Heather and Kurt Luth; three grandchildren, Truitt, Abby and Maddie Luth, all of Sherwood AR.; mother, Eddie Mae Carter, of Danville, Georgia; two brothers, Hugh Carter, of Danville and Richard of Jeffersonville; two sisters, Becky Harrison and Linda Floyd, both of Jeffersonville. -Memorials maybe made to First Baptist Church of Sherwood, 701 Country Club Road, Sherwood, Arkansas 72120. -Funeral services will be held 9:30 A. M. , Friday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery. -Family will Receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Thursday at North Little -Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com. -Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 501-758-1170. I am so sad to learn of Sandy's passing. She has been in my unceasing prayers for many months, along with you and your family. I know she was met at the gates of Heaven by many dear friends! She will suffer no more and is now in the presence of her precious Saviour! I pray now that God will give you strength and peace.
