Charles was our classmate at Shippensburg University along with Bev (Wife) 1972-1976. We were all in the PREP program and Charles lead the choir "Harmonic Voices of Truth". His personality and vibrant Spirit shined best when he was on stage singing and orchestrating the choir. Everybody knew and loved Charles and he represented us well. Our condolences to Bev and their children. Charles was an exemplary human being who touched and inspired many lives !!! We are proud to have known Charles and are sorry for your loss !!!
