I knew Billy, my cousin for only a short time, when he came to visit us when I was in high school. He was a caring, funny, outgoing guy. My prayers are with his family and while I hadn't seen him in several years, he will be missed. I will never forget the time we spent together celebrating the Phoenix Suns when they went to the championships!! All of my love.

Bill was really one of the good guys - outgoing, kind, a great laugh and smile, such a quick wit. He loved his family & gave to them with everything he had. He loved his country and was proud to serve with honor. His friends were always dear to him. Bill, you will be missed by so many who loved you.

Bill and I went to school at YHC together. We had recently reconnected on FB and realized we were both in WR. I am sad that we were not able to meet up like we talked about. Bill was such a friendly person. Your entire family is in my thoughts and prayers. May God Bless you and give you peace at this difficult time.
