Bill - on a happier day

God Bless the Caskey Family. Bill and I were members of the 94th Civil Engineers Squadron for many years. Bill was outstanding in everything he did. My prayers are with you always.
CMSGT(ret) E. G. Robinson

Our most sincere condolences to Bill's family and friends. Lyn, we remember your son as a special person; hard working, dependable, such a likable young man, back in Hillsdale, MI. so many years ago. He was in school with our sons, Will and Doug. Please know that you are all in our hearts and prayers. Sincerely, Marilyn & Bob Scott

My friend, who use to call me his baby brother because we shared the same birthday! I will miss your quick wit and your encouragement. We shared many years in the 94 CES at Dobbins ARB, GA. May the grace of God strengthen and comfort your family during this difficult time.

You were my friend when I was down. I only wished I was there to lift you up when you were down. I will miss you dearly. My prayes and condolences to his family and especially his dear child whom he truely missed. May God bless him always.

Our country has lost a great patriot and we thank you for your service. We're sorry we couldn't have spent more time with Bill over the years. God bless the Caskey family.

I knew Billy, my cousin for only a short time, when he came to visit us when I was in high school. He was a caring, funny, outgoing guy. My prayers are with his family and while I hadn't seen him in several years, he will be missed. I will never forget the time we spent together celebrating the Phoenix Suns when they went to the championships!! All of my love.

I had the privilege of knowing for Bill for several years while he attended Northpoint Community Church. He was always a pleasure to be around and I admire him for serving his country. My most sincere condolences and prayers for his family.

Bill was really one of the good guys - outgoing, kind, a great laugh and smile, such a quick wit. He loved his family & gave to them with everything he had. He loved his country and was proud to serve with honor. His friends were always dear to him. Bill, you will be missed by so many who loved you.
