Anna Goodman Obituary
Goodman, Anna M. (Smith)
BARABOO - Anna M. (Smith) Goodman passed away Friday, Nov. 26, 2021, at the age of 89. She was born in Madison, Wis., on Sept. 16, 1932, to Edward and Anna Smith. She graduated from East High in 1950. She remained in contact over the years with a group of her classmates known as the Good Old Girls.
She spent many years serving as executive secretary to various CEOs because of her incredible skills as a stenographer and typist. Through her jobs she was able to travel to Europe and South America. She was fiercely independent. She will be missed by all who knew her.
We would like to extend our gratitude to the staff and residents at Greenbriar in Baraboo for making her final days comfortable.
She is survived by her son, Paul (Janet) Goodman; her daughter, Julie Webster; granddaughters, Olivia (Joey) Webster, Nicolle (Scott) Stoltenburg and Jacque (Tony) Murray; great-grandchildren, Opal Davis and Latone Hazley; and close friends, Dave and Mary Newhouse and Peggy Siegel.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Edward Smith; sons, John Campbell and Philip Goodman; and great-granddaughter, Asaviya.
Per her wishes, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
