Anne Docter Obituary
Anne is preceded in death by her parents, Betsy Docter and Thomas J. Docter. Surviving her are four siblings and five nieces and nephews.
Although sadly shortened, Anne lived life to the fullest. She traveled and lived throughout the world, including Japan, Spain, and Tibet. She loved skiing, racing bikes, sewing, gardening, and dancing to Latin music. She loved all animals and supported their causes. She loved her family and was able to make all those around her laugh.
The family would like to thank Big Bend Hospice and all the loving staff at Azelea Gardens in Tallahassee, Florida for the care and compassion they showed her in her final days.
Family and friends will be invited to attend a Celebration of Life in Madison, Wisconsin at a date yet to be determined.

I smile and know the picture you chose of her for this obituary she would love. How many slopes did we tear down her always leading smiling and laughing?? What great stories of her adventures ... all of life was an adventure to her. I am so sorry the world lost this woman so full of energy and joy. I am so glad she shared some time with me !! She´s some where dancing to China grove by the Donnie brothers I know. CC Sheldon her high school friend

I met Anne several years ago. She was a loving and caring person and very brave facing health challenges. I appreciate how she sought truth and understanding in the world around her. My deepest condolences to her loving family during this difficult time. Deborah Poppell
