Koehler, Beverly J. "Bev"
STOUGHTON - Beverly J. Koehler, age 69, of Stoughton, passed away unexpectedly after a brief illness on Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021, at Stoughton Health. She was born on July 15, 1952, in Madison, the daughter of Jerome and Elizabeth (Mireski) Koehler. As a child, she affectionately received the nickname "Beaver" from her family.
After graduating from Madison West High School in 1970, Bev went to work in the call center for American Family Insurance and remained a loyal employee for over 40 years before her retirement.
Beverly's family was her core focus. She enjoyed family get-togethers and keeping in touch with everyone. Beverly also enjoyed playing games on her phone and watching her favorite TV programs and having lunch at Deak's Pub & Grill in Stoughton.
Beverly is survived by her siblings, Dennis Koehler, Timothy Koehler, Thomas Koehler, Roger Koeher and Liz Morehouse. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews and loving family members. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Robert "Bob" Koehler and Jerry Koeher; and two sisters, Kathy Koehler and Rose (Phil) Deede.
A celebration of life will be held at THE SUNDOWN SALOON, 57 S. Stoughton Road, Madison, from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021. Bringing a dish to pass is welcomed.
