MADISON - Cody Allen Fields, of Madison, passed away at his home on September 27, 2023.

Cody was born to Willie and Karen (Shivers) Fields on January 23, 1988, at Madison General Hospital. He graduated from LaFollette High School and worked as a painter in the Madison area.

Cody is survived by his newborn son, Kimaree; his father, Willie; his brother, Reggie (Selena), and niece, Sadie; and other extended family. He was proceeded in death by his mother, Karen.

Cody was such a kind soul; he was funny, lighthearted, and he never met a stranger. He loved to go fishing, play disc golf, watch movies, and made a point to have a good time wherever he was. His presence and smile will be missed by so many who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 -5:00 PM on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at the Red Rooster, 2513 Seiferth Road, Madison, WI, 53716.

In lieu of flowers, cards, etc., please take the time to make sure your loved ones know they are loved and that they matter in this world.

My name Barbara Walls Cody aunt I remember when I took off work and drove to Madison to take Cody to see the movie Lion King he was smiling from ear to ear I loved the bond him I had love you Cody I´m going to miss you very much.
