December 26, 1954 - August 25, 2025

MADISON - David Paul Haack, age 70, of Madison, passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025, at St. Mary's Hospital.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. BERNARD CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2450 Atwood Ave., Madison, at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, with Father Michael Radowicz presiding and Father Mike Hippee concelebrating. Burial will be held at Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30 a.m. to the time of the mass on Tuesday.
