Dennis W. Haralson
Feb. 21, 1948 - March 11, 2022
MADISON - Dennis W. Haralson, age 74, passed away on Friday March 11, 2022, at Brookdale Assisted Living in Madison after battling kidney cancer.
He was born February 21, 1948, in Madison to the late Duane and Mary (Harper) Haralson. Dennis proudly served his Country in the Air Force, and later in the Navy before joining the Navy reserves. He retired from the Navy, but not before traveling the world and seeing many countries including Thailand, South Korea, Japan, Australia and Africa.
Dennis received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater in 1975. He retired from civilian life from his career with Rayovac.
Dennis is survived by his brothers: David (Nancy) Haralson, Richard (Kelli) Haralson and sister, Patricia (Dennis) Schuetz; he is further survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday March 18, 2022, at ROSELAWN MEMORIAL PARK, 401 Femrite Dr. Monona, WI 53716, with Rev. Adam Tomlinson presiding. Entombment with Military Honors will follow the service at Roselawn. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the service at the cemetery on Friday.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Westwood Christian Church, 5210 Odana Rd. Madison, WI 53711.

Dennis was a very special and talented Christian Brother. Always focused on keeping the Lord in the center of his life and daily reading the Bible. I consider myself blessed to have Dennis as a good friend and Christian example. I will always miss him and his kindness.
