Harold L. Amidon

December 18, 1944 - October 8, 2025

Harold Leroy Amidon age 80 passed away on October 8, 2025 at Evansville Manor. Harold was born in Stoughton, Wisc. to Roy and Kathryn (Hendrickson) Amidon. He graduated from Evansville High School in 1963. Harold was happy farming for many years. He loved to tractor pull in his younger days and was a member of the labor union #464 for 23 years. He loved to hunt, fish, and spend time at the local bars with many friends. He will be missed by many.

Harold is survived by his stepchildren, Rene (Joel), Todd, and Tina (Shawn) Erickson. He is proceeded in death by his parents, and Bonny Maly (the children's mother).

Funeral Services will be at the Brooklyn Community United Methodist Church, 201 Church Street, Brooklyn, Wisc. October 15, 2025 at 11 a.m. Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. until time of services at the church. It is asked by the family that attendants wear farm apparel, camouflage, Packers or Brewers Gear or any fall colors of your choice as this is his favorite time of year. The Ward-Hurtley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
