Jacqueline "Jackie" Sue Needham
August 18, 1948 - April 28, 2022
DEFOREST- Jacqueline "Jackie" Sue Needham, age 73, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her family.
Jackie was born on August 18, 1948, in Rome, NY, to parents Everett and Wilma (Blankenbeckler) Anstine. She was raised in Pennsylvania before moving to Wisconsin. Jackie loved the outdoors and adored animals. She loved to drink her coffee and watch the surrounding animals. She also enjoyed gardening and going to craft fairs.
Jackie is survived by her two children: Kim Gourley and Kevin (Sue) Needham; four grandchildren: Andy (Kayla) Lindner, RJ Gourley, Amanda Needham, and Michael Needham; three great-grandchildren: JJ Noll, Leon Sobek, and Lilli Lindner; her cousins out east; and her beloved dog, Artemis Pickles, cat, Ruby, and her parakeet, Zora; and many brothers and sisters with the kingdom hall.
Jackie was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Robert Pugh; her second husband, Kenny Needham; her son, Timothy Pugh; and aunt, Bert.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
A Celebration of Life will be planned for a later date.
