James Williams Obituary
James "Jim" Williams
WAUNAKEE - James "Jim" Williams, age 77, of Waunakee, WI, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2022, at St. Mary's Hospital. He was born in St. Paul, MN, the son of Lyle and Merreith Williams.
Jim worked for many years for the UW - Madison campus police department. Upon his retirement, Jim drove school bus for the Waunakee school district before retiring completely.
He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara (Butt) of 46 years; his children: Jennifer Gilles, Stephanie Williams, Timothy Williams, Terry (Sherrie) Williams, and Travis (Megan Schanke) Williams; his grandchildren: Tre, Lydia, Antonio, Claire, Sophia, Cecelia, and James; and is further survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
A special thank you to the caring staff at St. Mary's Hospital.
A celebration of Jim's life will be held on Saturday November 5, 2022, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Rex's Innkeeper of Waunakee.
