Major General (Ret.) Jerald David "Jerry" Slack
February 14, 1936 - May 18, 2024
STOUGHTON - Major General (Ret.) Jerald David "Jerry" Slack, USANG, passed away in his home on the evening of May 18, 2024, following a brief but courageous battle with cancer, holding his wife Sherill's hand and surrounded by his children and grandchildren.
Jerry was a devoted, loving husband, father, grandfather and friend that will be deeply missed by many. A memorial service, celebrating the wonderful life of Jerry will be held at the FIRST UNITARIAN SOCIETY, 900 University Bay Drive, Madison, Wis., at 1 p.m. on Sunday, July 21, 2024.
