Ginter, Lori Lynn
DEFOREST - Lori Lynn Ginter (nee Piasecki), age 49, peacefully passed away unexpectedly while she slept on Friday, Aug. 27, 2021. Lori was born on June 4, 1972, to Cathleen (Olsen) Piasecki and Dennis Piasecki, in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
Lori was employed with Accent Management as a Bookkeeper where she has worked since May 2021. Lori was a 1991 graduate of West Milwaukee High School and in 2013 received her associates degree in accounting from Madison College (MATC).
Lori was fun-loving, caring, and always had a smile on her face. Lori married her best friend and soulmate, William Matthew "Matt" Ginter, on March 28, 2009, and was a dedicated and loving wife. She also was a terrific mother to their three rescue dogs, "Grandpa" Wiggles, Gabby, and "Señor" Chuggles. Lori had the biggest heart: she gave everything she had for her friends and family, willing to help whenever needed, cheering them on all the way. If you were a friend of Lori's, you were a friend for life. Lori's passion was to rescue dogs, which is how she found all of her beloved dogs. Lori loved taking walks with her husband and their dogs and watching movies. She also loved baking, cooking, reading, crafts, trivia, puzzles, and games.
Lori is survived by her husband, Matt; sister, Amy Mejchar (Dave); brother, Todd Piasecki; mother-in-law, Janice Ginter; brother-in-law, Mark Ginter; niece, Katie Mejchar; nephew, Alec Mejchar; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Lori is also survived by her special family friends, Abby and Steve Wilson and their children, Jenna, Andrew, and Lauren. Lori was preceded in death by mother, Cathleen (nee Olsen) Piasecki; father, Dennis Piasecki; father-in-law, Wayne Ginter; rescued dogs, Annie, Buddy, and Dakota; and many friends.
