My thoughts are with Mike's family and friends at this sad time. I worked at the City of Madison during his tenure there; he was always a pleasant and helpful colleague.

I am so very sorry to hear of Mike´s passing. He was such a kind and knowledgeable person. I could sit and listen to his stories for hours. I´m glad he got a chance to turn some of them into books. He always made everyone feel welcome at the WPELRA conferences. His enthusiasm for sports was contagious. WPELRA had some of our best and fun raffles solely due to Mike. He will be missed but will never be forgotten. My condolences to his entire family.

I also worked with Mike at the City of Madison. Days when I was down I'd go into his office and he always brought my spirits up. There was always a smile and a joke from him. He was and always will be a legend to many. Rest in peace Dexter's, till we meet again. PJ white

I worked with Mike at City of Madison. Mike was caring, funny and a true Red Sox fan. Always greeted us with a good morning, a smile and had a joke to share. I have fond memories of Mike and send my condolences to you and your family. Denise Nettum
