August 25, 1959 - September 20, 2025
SUN PRAIRIE - Michael Richard King, 66, of Sun Prairie, Wisc., passed away on September 20, 2025.
Mike was born on August 25, 1959, to Richard and Ann Marie (Jesberger) King. Mike graduated from Sun Prairie High School in 1977 before getting his degree in Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. After college he started his 30+ year career as a tire salesman at Weber Tires Inc, a family business. He married Lynn Weber on September 10, 1983, in East Bristol, Wisc.
Throughout his life, Mike enjoyed playing golf, bowling and playing cards. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandsons, which brought extra laughter and joy. He loved watching all sports but especially the Badgers and Packers. He loved to travel with his family and friends, preferably to warm destinations.
Mike is survived by his wife of 42 years, Lynn King; daughters, Lisa King and Laura (Brian) Gaumont; grandsons, Blake and Lance Gaumont. Mike is also survived by his siblings, Julie (Randy) Dahmen, Pat (Sue) King, Sue (Mike) Culbertson; and in-laws, Diane Weber, Gail (Phil) Kueffer, Dennis (Vicki) Weber; as well as many relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Dick and Ann King; and in-laws, Orin and Marian Weber.

A celebration of Mike's life will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2025, from 1 to-4 p.m., at Lake Windsor Country Club (Pinnacle Room, lower level), 4628 Golf Dr Windsor, WI 53598.
