September 12, 1950 - February 10, 2025
Mike Wolf, a hardworking, down to earth man with a big heart passed away on February 10, 2025. Mike was someone you could count on. He was an excellent cook and enjoyed sharing food with family and friends. Mike had a love for the open road and spent his life as a truck driver, always finding joy in road trips and the freedom of the highway. A history buff with a knack for storytelling. In his younger years he raced cars and was a passionate NASCAR fan. He took pride in the generational traditions of growing and harvesting tobacco. It was while stripping tobacco that he met Patti, and before long they were off traveling the country - whether for work or on one of their many adventures. Mike was preceded in death by his parents Roland and Donna Wolf, and his beloved son Cody. He leaves behind his partner of 22 years Patti Beghin, and his cherished granddaughters Oceona (Mohamed), Layla, and Kira and brothers Jerry (Connie) Wolf and Richard (Jody) Wolf, as well as his nephews and their families.
Mike's kindness and loyalty will be deeply missed by all who knew him. In keeping with his wishes, friends and loved ones are encouraged to come together to share stories and celebrate his life. The family will welcome friends at East Koshkonong Lutheran church, 454 E. Church Rd, Cambridge, on Saturday February 22, 2025 at 10 a.m. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. with Pastor Eric Hanson officiating. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the American Heart Association or charity of your choice.

Well, I met Mike at the Possum Lodge, but the memory that came to mind first was when the two of you were in James' ice shack, "The Beaver Den" having a smoke. Unbeknownst to you, James had to move it. I would have loved to have seen your faces when he started driving away with the two of you inside! We had some good times, Mike was an avid NPR listener as I recall, and he listened to what other people had to say. When he spoke he always had a well informed intelligent opinion. I liked him most because he loved Patti dearly. The two of you were clearly meant to be together. Patti, we love you. Judy and James Peloquin

I am deeply saddened when I heard of Michael passing... we have great memories of him being our neighbor for so many years... one memory, I will never forget, in my first marriage, we asked Michael to be the ringbearer. He was about six years old he thought for a minute, looked at the ground, and then he said Jerry will do it...(Jrrry was sitting in a stroolrr). . Mayour Lord wrao His loving arms aroind each one , to bring peace and comfort during this time
