Patricia Kalscheur Obituary

Patricia Ann Kalscheur

July 9, 1952 - October 30, 2024

VERONA - Patricia Ann Kalscheur, age 72, of Verona, WI, passed away after a long and courageous battle with lung disease. She was born on July 9, 1952, in Madison, to Ronald and Sally (Coyle) Kalscheur.

Affectionately known to family and friends as "Trica," she spent her early family years in Cross Plains and graduated from Middleton High School in 1970. She worked for many years for the State of Wisconsin and the UW Medical School until her retirement in 2013.

Trica loved horseback riding and spent many days at the stables tending to the horses until she was unable to do so due to her health. While maintaining her own home, she spent many days in Cross Plains caring for her mom and dad. You could always count on Trica to celebrate frequent family get-togethers especially Christmas Bingo, with a glass of good red wine.

Trica is survived by her siblings, Denis (Gail) Kalscheur, Beth (Kris) Martini, Quentin Kalscheur, Barry (Trish) Kalscheur and Rona Kalscheur; 10 nieces and nephews; and seven grandnieces and grandnephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. FRANCIS XAVIER CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2947 Thinnes St., Cross Plains, WI, at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 8, 2024, with Father Brian Dulli presiding. Visitation will be held at the church prior to the Mass beginning at 10 a.m. Burial will take place at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Cemetery following the Mass.
