SUN PRAIRIE - Steve Tuschen passed away peacefully at St.Marys hospital on October 11, 2023, at the age of 72.
He was born March 11, 1951, to Helen and Joseph Tuschen. Steve was able to spend 50 years with the love of his life, his wife, Alice Tuschen. They were blessed with two sons, James and Mark Tuschen. Steve worked for the family business Joe Tuschen trucking hauling milk until his retirement. He loved trucking even after retirement it was his favorite thing to talk about. He also enjoyed watching westerns and going for drives.
Steve is survived by his son, Mark (Michelle) Tuschen; grandsons: Derrick and Tanner Tuschen; his sisters: Karen (Randy) Justesen, and Rosemary Tuschen; as well as his brother, Larry Tuschen;, and so many nieces and nephews. Steve was preceded in death by his son, James; wife, Alice; and his parents.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m on Friday, October 20, 2023, at the Tuschen-Newcomer Funeral Home, 302 Columbus Street in Sun Prairie. A graveside will be held at 11:00 a.m on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at Sun Prairie Memory Gardens.
