Dr. Theodore "Ted" E. Rose

Dr. Theodore "Ted" E. Rose, age 91, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022, at Compass Point in Dousman. He was born on May 11, 1931, to Herman and Martha (Hoyer) Rose in Queens, NY.
Ted is survived by his daughter-in-law, Deb Cox; his extended Stern family: Stern's, Blieds, Tags, and Zakovecs; by the Richard T. Rose family and further survived by other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie "Annie;" his parents; his two older brothers; and his dog, Sunny.
Ted moved to Wisconsin and was a professor at the University of Wisconsin - Madison from 1957 - 1990.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 p.m., With visitation from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on August 27, 2022, at Three Pillars 375 Hwy 67 in Dousman. "All visitors are required to be vaccinated, complete temperature screening, and remain masked while on campus."
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Three Pillars.

Prof. Rose was my instructor in the 70´s. He was my favorite teacher and I truly admired that every class was very organized and challenging. Thanks to his guidance, I too dedicated my life to education. Rest in peace, my kind friend. Linda Schulko
