SUN PRAIRIE - Thomas A. Freitag, age 87, died on Saturday, June 3, 2023. He was born on October 17, 1935 to Henry and Ella (Rolf) Freitag in Lincoln County, WI. He married Alice Hass on February 14, 1981. Tom, with his brother Jack, worked for many years in construction. He also farmed for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Alice, and her sons: Scott (Tammy) and Brad (Connie); seven grandchildren: Colleen, Buck, Meghan, Luke, Randy, Kim, and Jamie; two step-grandchildren: Tanya and Ben; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Tom is preceded in death by his parents; Alice's son, Jay; two brothers: Jack and Dale; and his sister, Dorothy Martin.
Private services are being planned.
A private interment will be at Sun Prairie City Cemetery.
