Steve: Was a superb president of the Madison Professional Police Officers Association, the Union representing the police officers of the City of Madison. In every aspect of representing, from negotiating wages, hours of work, fringe benefits and other working conditions, Steve did an excellent job, As Executive Director of Madison Teachers Inc, it was my pleasure and and an honor
to work with him.

Steve was one of the most positive, friendly people I've ever met. I knew him from years ago at The Caribou Tavern and The Northside Inn. So very sorry to hear of his passing. What a great guy!
