Marie (LeClair) Sharp
Nov. 20, 1956 - May 17, 2024
TWIN FALLS - Marie (LeClair) Sharp passed on May 17, 2024, after her courageous battle with terminal Cancer.
Marie was born the eldest daughter to Lloyd LeClair and Evelyn (Bohrn) LeClair in Twin Falls on November 20, 1956. She spent her early life at home, which was the Cottage Motel owned by her parents.
She graduated from Twin Falls High School in 1975. She enjoyed all her dance classes at Nielsen School of Dance during and after high school, and especially teaching her boys and her niece. She always enjoyed skiing at Magic Mountain. She was active in Camp Fire Girls until she graduated from high school.
In 1977, Marie married the love of her life, Robin Lee Sharp. When her sons came along, she enjoyed being an assistant Scout Master in Boy Scouts. During the years of raising her family, there were many awe-inspiring moments spent camping, hunting, and fishing. She had a passion for her children/grandchildren and their sports teams and was always the loudest cheerleader in the stands. Marie loved camping trips with her family and friends especially at Alturas Lake, where she spent many summers of her childhood.
Marie was preceded in death by her dad, Lloyd in 2012. She is survived by her husband, Robin Sharp; mother, Evelyn LeClair; brother, Michael LeClair (Dori) of Twin Falls; her two sons: Justin Sharp (Jennifer) of Twin Falls and Jameson Sharp (Cassie) of Kimberly, Idaho; and her grandchildren: Jayden Sharp, Jessie Sharp, Alayna Sharp, and Hadlee Sharp. Her best friend, Cindi Paulsen (Joe) of Sandy, UT.
Marie was a kind soul always giving whatever she could. She was strong-willed and held very firm beliefs. One of her favorite charities was St Luke's Hospice and Boy Scout Troop 63. She will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
There will be a memorial mass service honoring Marie on Friday, June 7, 2024, starting at 10:00 a.m., held at St. Edward's Catholic Church, 161 6th Ave. E., Twin Falls, ID. There will be a Rosary held the evening before on June 6, 2024, starting at 7:00 p.m., with a visitation with the family starting at 6:00 p.m., held at White- Reynolds Funeral Chapel, 2466 Addison Ave. E., Twin Falls, ID.
Because of her selfless nature, in lieu of flowers consider donating to Scout Troop 63 of Twin Falls. You are available to do so at any DL Evans Bank and make checks payable to: St. Edward's Boy Scout Troop 63.
Sponsored by White-Reynolds Funeral Chapel.

We will all miss Marie. I will always treasure our time at Campfire Camp where I met Marie. When she wanted to go backpacking in the Sawtooth Mountains, I was all in. We spent every summer during her High School Years backpacking different trails in the Sawtooth. I remember the year Evalyn met us after our backpack tour and joined us camping at Redfish Lake. I was fortunate to maintain contact with Marie over the years. She was always cheerful and up-beat. Thanks to Evalyn who also kept me up to date. My heart goes out to Evalyn, Robin, and Mike.

I am so sorry for your loss. I have great memories of watching soccer games with Marie. Jameson and Andy played on the same team for a few years....it was always fun running into Marie later on. It has been a while since I have had the pleasure of seeing her but she will be remembered for her spunky personality. God´s richest blessings to your family...Becci
