Michael Lynes was born July 26, 1973 in Twin Falls, Idaho to Gordon and Lapreal Lynes. He was their third child. He attended Dworshak Elementary, Burley Junior High, and Burley High School. He played football, he was the center and a lineman. He worked for Redder's Showkase as a deliveryman.
Mike was an active member of the LDS Church. He served a mission to Toronto Canada. He married Sherry Ann Cahoon Eggleston in Albion, Idaho. They were later sealed in the Las Vegas, Nevada temple.
Mike died in his home on July 7, 2021. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, father, mother-in-law, and a grandson. He is survived by his wife, Sherry, his children, Russell Eggleston, Maylee Lynes, and Gunner Balsamo, his granddaughter, Adeline Eggleston, his mother, Lapreal, his brothers, Preston (Lisa), Gordon(Angela), his sister, Michelle, three nephews and two nieces.
There will be a graveside service in Almo, Idaho at 1 pm on July 31.

We knew him from delivering appliances and furniture to our home over the years. We always found him to be very pleasant and friendly. He was a kind man and we are sad to hear of his passing. His family and friends have our deepest sympathy.
