Ann Colasante Obituary
Boardman – Ann M. Colasante, 93, passed away Saturday, Sept. 7, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones, in body and spirit.
Anna May Myers Colasante was born on May 12, 1931, the daughter of John George Myers and Anna Margaret (Franko) Myers.
She was a 1949 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School. Ann loved the Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Guardians.
Along with traveling, having her family together for Sunday and holiday dinners was important to her. Taking care of her home and family was paramount to her. Having this warm, loving home environment for her family and friends came naturally to her.
Her family was everything to her. She was always involved with her grandchildren and great grandchildren's activities and sports. She always attended music and dance recitals, along with football, soccer, and wrestling competitions. All school-related activities such as plays, and award ceremonies were never missed.
Ann was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her husband, Frank Colasante, whom she married July 8, 1950, at St. Matthias Church in Youngstown, passed away Dec. 4, 2013.
Ann will always be lovingly remembered by her children, Janice (Dr. Richard) Krygowski, Diane Colasante, and Sandy (Jim) Wolf; five grandchildren, Jennifer (Ryan) Mullings, Stefan Krygowski, Major Brandon Wolf, D.D.M.-U.S. Army, Justin (Katina) Wolf, and Brittany Wolf; five great grandchildren, Lukas Krygowski, Sophia Wolf, Tristan Mullings, Liam Wolf, and Brooklyn Mullings.
Besides her husband and parents, Ann was preceded in death by a brother and sister.
