Anthony Sinkovich Obituary
Anthony Sinkovich, 67
CAMPBELL Anthony Sinkovich, a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 14, 2025, at Elizabeth Hospital in Boardman. He was 67 years old.
Born on May 7, 1957, in Youngstown, Ohio, Anthony was the beloved son of Michael and Velma (DelSignore) Sinkovich. A person of deep faith, he was a devoted member of Immaculate Conception Church, where he served as an altar boy and attended Immaculate Conception School during his childhood. In recent years, he also attended St. Dominic's Church, reflecting the importance of his spiritual life.
Tony was a self-employed mechanic who found great joy in being an uncle, particularly in raising his nephew Tommy and spending time with his grandson Malik. He cherished the moments spent with his wife, Brittianey, such as reading the Bible together each morning, enjoying quiet conversations on the porch, and attending car shows. He loved racing every weekend with his brothers Floyd and Eddie, along with his nephew Tommy.
Anthony frequently reached out to his brother Ed Sinkovich, Ed's daughters' Lauren and Macie, and his sister" Gidgett" Phyllis, engaging in daily phone conversations that strengthened their bonds. Above all, he treasured the time spent with his great-nephew Beckett Ferguson and his grandson Malik, passionately cheering for Malik at sporting events and teaching him car maintenance skills.
Anthony is survived by his loving wife, Brittianey Vizi, whom he married on December 4, 2024; his brother Ed (Lori) Sinkovich of Campbell; and his sister, "Gidgett" Phyllis (James) McGath of Youngstown. He is also survived by nieces Lauren (Bradley) Ferguson, Macie, Maryann, Ashley, Tina, and Stephanie Sinkovich, as well as nephews Tommy, Frank, and Robert Sinkovich. Cherished family members also include his great-nephew Beckett Ferguson, chosen daughter Angela Wilk, and chosen grandson Malik Young.
He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings: Aunt Mary Ann DelSignore; and brothers Frank, Thomas, Michael, John, and Floyd Sinkovich.
