Billy Allen Obituary

NILES – Billy L. Allen, age 40, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at home. He was born April 16, 1983 in Cleveland, the son of Scott Johnson and Nellie (Allen) Johnson. Billy attended Warren G. Harding and Lincoln West high schools, and attended Believers Church. He enjoyed fishing, hiking, and watching football. Fond memories of Billy live on with his mother, Nellie Johnson of Warren; three sons: Xavier of Warren, Xander of Niles, and Xeppelin Allen of Niles; three daughters: Jae-Lynn of Warren, Lilliahna of Warren, and Nevaeh Allen of West Virginia; two sisters, Jackie Guido of Warren and Margaret Thomas of West Virginia; and his beloved companion, Jurnee Coleman of Niles. Preceding him in death are his father and a brother, Buddie Stone. Calling hours are 4:00 to 5:30 pm Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home. From 5:30 to 6:00 pm, friends will be invited to say a few words about Billy's good life.
