Warren – Brandon Michael Neilan, 33, of Warren, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, and went home to be with his Lord. Born on February 18, 1992 - Brandon was the beloved son of Donald Neilan and Stacy (Shively) Neilan and a lifelong area resident. He was a 2011 graduate of Howland High School and went on to attend Kent State University. Brandon was currently employed as a carpenter with BrandSafway. He was known for his infectious smile, quick wit, and the way he could light up a room with laughter. A devoted son, brother, uncle, and friend, Brandon had a kind heart and a deep love for those around him. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, and fitness-but above all, he cherished time spent with family and friends. He leaves behind to forever cherish his memory: his father, Don Neilan; his mother, Stacy Neilan; his brother, Christian (Tori) Neilan; and his beloved niece and nephew, Eric and Ellie. He is also survived by his grandparents, Thomas Neilan and Cheryl Lawless; his aunts, Melissa Romain and Tracey Dinges; and cousins Shawn (Amanda) Neilan and their children Ava, Sophia, and Cash; Morgan Walker; Mallory Jones; Madison (Kory) Braun and their daughter Grace; Jyssica Dinges; and Callie Dinges and her daughter Maddy. Brandon was preceded in death by his grandparents, Larry Shively and Mabel Neilan; his uncle, Thomas Neilan Jr.; and his best friend, Andrew Davis.
