Choice Define Washington, 34, of Warren, OH passed away August 6, 2025 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. He was born November 6, 1990 in Ashtabula, OH, a son of Freddie L. Washington Sr. and Crystal Nicholson. Choice was the owner and operator of Washington 5 Star. We sadly announce the passing of Choice, a cherished soul who brought joy to everyone he met. Known as the life of the party, Choice's infectious energy and humor made every gathering special. A family-oriented man his main priority was his daughter, Choice valued time with loved ones and filled his home with warmth and laughter. His cooking skills were legendary, creating meals that brought people together in love and celebration. Choice's unique voice turned any moment into a song, leaving lasting impressions on all who listened. Loved and respected by many, his sense of humor brightened even the darkest days. Though we will miss him dearly, Choice's legacy of kindness, laughter, and love endures in our hearts. He leaves behind family and friends who will forever treasure his memory, celebrating his life through the songs we sing and the joy we share. Choice is survived by his daughter, Alexis; his parents: brothers, Freddie Lee Jr. and Freddie Taysir Washington; sister, Nevaeh Washington; brother, Andrew Washington; sister, Samantha Washington; nieces and nephews, Faith, Angel, Jasmine, Freddie Jr., Emmanuel, Niya, Marcus, Darnette, Frankie, Frank, Karter, Freddie III, Aleyah, Okema, Harmony, Angel and Leland. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Freddie D. and Eric and his sisters, Teresa and Teresca. Services will be held at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home. Visitation will take place from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
