David T. Lubich

1957 - 2022

David T. Lubich, 65, of Niles, passed away on Sunday June 5, 2022 at Mercy Health St. Joseph's Warren Hospital. He was born January 8, 1957 in Warren the son of Daniel and Sophie Danes Lubich. David was a 1975 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and employed for 40 years at Syro Steel/Trinity Industries. He was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Niles and enjoyed a nice Italian meal, a glass of wine, and a good cigar with family and friends. He loved participating in his son's lives and especially enjoyed entertaining their friends. He will be deeply missed by his wife Pam Sowers Lubich whom he married June 25, 1983 and two sons David A. Lubich of Howland and Joshua D. Lubich of Defiance. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Daniel Lubich. Friends may call Wednesday from 4 to 7PM at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles where The Mt. Carmel Bereavement Ministry will conduct prayers at 6:30PM.Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11AM Thursday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church preceded by a 10:30AM prayer service at the funeral Home.
