Eleanor IVY

Eleanor Ivy, 80, of Masury, OH departed this life Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 2:20 a.m. at Addison Healthcare Center, following complications from an extended illness. She was born March 6, 1945 in Washington, DC, the daughter of James and Ida Lacey Ivy. Eleanor was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. She leaves to mourn two brothers, Hershel Ivy and Stanhouse Ivy both of North Carolina; one sister, Ms. Emily Burke of Youngstown and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Pete Ivy and Lewis Ivy and five sisters, Ms. Martha Ivy, Ms. Marietta Grant, Ms. Anna Mae Provitt, Ms. Florence Parker and Ms. Carol Brightwell. Private Services were held. Arrangements of comfort were handled by the Sterling-McCullough Williams Funeral Home.
