Garrie Kerr Obituary

Garrie Kerr, Our beloved Mother and Grandmother passed away on February 28,2024. peacefully in her sleep, Garrie was born in Wabash Indiana on February 27,1947 daughter to Patsy Schuester Gavin and Ralph Dalton. Garrie spent most of her youth with her aunts Rachel Purdy and Becky Banks and uncle, David Shuster, who greatly impacted her life. She was married to Clifford Kerr in 1966 and moved to Damascus, Ohio were she was involved in being a Midwife, La Leche League and worked for the U.S. Census bureau. Garrie is survived by six children Neil (Mary)Kerr of Florida, Michael (Kim) Kerr Ohio, Shannon (John) Kerr Hastings,Ohio, Daniel (Kelly) Kerr of Georgia,and Megan (Tom) Zimmerman,Ohio and Jonathan Kerr, Ohio she is also survived by her Grandchildren, Angela Kerr, Michael Zimmerman, Matthew Kerr, Samuel Kerr, Maddix Zimmerman.Besides her parents, aunts and uncles Garrie was preceded in death by her husband Clifford Kerr.
