Gloria Denise FOLMAR

Gloria Denise Crenshaw Folmar, 69, of 216 Federal Street, N.E., Warren, OH departed this life Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 3:17 p.m. at her residence, following a cardiac arrest. She was born August 5, 1956 in Warren, OH, the daughter of Frank and Gloria Blanch Tynes Crenshaw Jr. Gloria was employed with General Motors B.O.C. Lordstown Division for 20 years as an Assembler, before retiring in 2003. She also worked for Republic Steel. She was a 1974 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and a graduate of ETI Technical College. She was a member of the East Side Church of Christ, where she served as Church Secretary, the Usher Board and sang in the Choir. She enjoyed cooking, crafts and traveling. She married J.C. Folmar July 21, 2005, he died June 14, 2013. She leaves to mourn two stepsons, Paul Hill of Youngstown and LeSean D. Folmar Sr. of Akron; three stepdaughters, Ms. Sherdina E. Sims of Warren, Mrs. Enondia E. (Eric) Taylor of Alexandria, LA and Ms. Tiffany R. (Curtis) Folmar of Cuyahoga Falls; her father, Frank Crenshaw Jr. of Warren; three brothers, Larry V. Crenshaw of Youngstown, David D. (Wilda) Crenshaw of Palm Bay, FL and Frank Leslie (Danielia) Crenshaw of Warren; twelve grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother; one brother, Christopher Dean Crenshaw and two sisters, Ms. Virginia Lee Crenshaw Taylor and Ms. Terry Laverne McQueen. Funeral Services will be held Friday, August 29, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the East Side Church of Christ, with Calling Hours from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Burial will take place at Pineview Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements of comfort were handled by the Sterling-McCullough Williams Funeral Home.
