Gloria M. Latessa

Gloria M. Latessa, age 94, of Youngstown passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on December 28, 2024 at Park Vista. Gloria was born February 12, 1930 in Youngstown, Ohio a daughter of Eugene & Anna Pavone DiGregorio She was a 1948 graduate of East High School and a graduate of Cosmetology School. Gloria was a licensed beautician for several years at Jet Carson Beauty Shop in Youngstown. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Her husband, Rudy Latessa, whom she married October 27, 1951, passed away February 26, 1991. She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her family; her children Guy G. (Donna) Latessa of Howland, Ohio; Kathleen (Randall) Antonucci of Hubbard, Ohio; Christine Dravis of Liberty, Ohio; Melissa Latessa (Jason Speer) of Advance, North Carolina; five grandchildren Justin (Jessica) Dravis, Gregory (Brittani) Latessa, Ryan Antonucci, Daniel (Victoria) Antonucci, Jessica Dravis and fiancé Philip Faraglia, and eight great grandchildren Michael Rudy, Cameron, Santino, Mila, Alivia, Gia, Liberty and Lucciano. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband and brothers Edward DiGregorio and Art DiGregorio. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM on Thursday January 2, 2025 with calling hours prior to the Mass from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with The Rev. Msgr. Michael J. Cariglio Jr. officiating. Gloria will be laid to rest at Belmont Park Cemetery. Special thanks to Southern Care Hospice and the staff at Park Vista for the wonderful care given to Gloria.
