Grace Melidona, beloved sister, aunt, and cherished family member passed away unexpectedly on June 8, 2024, in Cleveland, OH. She was born April 12, 1946, to Anthony and Helen Minniti Melidona, who preceded her in death. Grace is survived by her sister, Jennie (Jeff) Skahan, brother, Frank (Cathy) Melidona. Though she never married or had children, Graces love and care extended to her many nieces and nephews, whom she treated as her own. They are; Shawn (Lissa) Schillinger, Sarah Rose Schillinger, Victoria (Lew) Stephens, Elijah Stephens, Sherri Schillinger, Marissa (Chad) Mouledous, Maverick Mouledous, Malia (Cory) Walker, Lillian Walker, Ryan Walker, Junie Walker, Lea (Wayne) Groff, Reyna (Erik) Zetina, Amy Groff, Corrie Groff, Mercy Groff, Bella Groff, Nathan Groff, Tekoa Groff, Silas Groff, Anthony (Carrie) Skahan, Seth Skahan, Christian Skahan, Eva Skahan, Ethan Skahan, Ezra Skahan, Jason (Mandi) Melidona, and Angelo Melidona. She lived in Niles, OH and attended First Assembly of God in Warren. She was a devoted congregation member and was an active teacher in the Missionette/Mpact program working with little girls. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life, and she found great joy and solace in her church community. Music was an important part of her life, and she played the violin for many years. She also enjoyed watching 0Hallmark movies and shows. Grace enjoyed collecting Betty Boop memorabilia and recently added to her collection with a new purse she discovered last week. She enjoyed traveling to craft shows, flea markets, and parties. She was always willing and ready. Besides her parents, Grace was preceded in death by her niece, Mindy Melidona. Grace will be remembered for the joy she brought joy to those around her.
