Jeffrey Lynn Ruckman

Jeffrey "Jeff" L. Ruckman, 61, of Warren, OH passed away Saturday, June 8, 2024, at Continuing Healthcare at the Ridge. He was born September 21, 1962, in Warren, OH, the son of the late Joseph E. Ruckman and Charlotte E. (Hockensmith) Stosky. Jeff was a graduate of Lakeview High School. He was a self-employed mechanic. Jeff was a veteran of the United States Army having served from December 28, 1981, until May 16, 1984. He was a member of the VFW Post 1090. He was an avid Steelers fan, enjoyed watching Nascar, playing guitar and singing, if you would call it that. Jeff was also a great imitator of cartoon voices. Jeff is survived by his sons, Jeffrey (Lisa) Ruckman of Champion, OH, Leonard Ruckman of Los Angeles, CA, and Travis (Angel Hanick) Ruckman of Warren, OH; mother, Charlotte E. (Hockensmith) Stosky; longtime companion, Mary McAnallen of Warren, OH; siblings, Christina (Thomas) Bradley, Richard (Heidi) Suleman, James (Jennifer) Ruckman, David Ruckman, and Stephen (Nikki) Ruckman; grandchildren, Morrison, Preston, and Ryley with a granddaughter, Zada, on-the-way. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, including, Sam (Linda) Ruckman of Warren, OH and Joyce Norris of Warren, OH, whom he was close too. In addition to his father, Jeff was preceded in death by his sister, Emily Ruckman, and brother, Eric Ruckman. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Friday, June 14, 2024, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home. The family requests any material contributions be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
