Julie Bieber Obituary

Julie L. Bieber, 57, of Cortland, OH passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at Cleveland Clinic Foundation. She was born February 23, 1967, in Albion, NY, the daughter of the late William Bieber and the late Geraldine (Eckler) Van Wycke. Julie was a graduate of Albion High School. She worked at Creekside Gardens for 2 years, modeled dresses for a bridal store, and worked every job in the restaurant business. She enjoyed working in her yard, growing flowers, and entertaining for her family, whom she loved dearly. She is survived by her daughter, Alexis I. Wilkoski of Warren, OH; sons, Darwin (Brittany) Wilkoski of Girard, OH and Gage Tichenor of Cortland, OH; longtime companion, Wayne E. Tichenor of Cortland, OH; sisters, Cathy "Sissy" (Rich) Klatt and BJ (Lynn) Condoluci; brother, David Bieber; grandchildren, Kendra Wilkoski, Amya Balch, Gianna Wilkoski, and Liam Turner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Audrey Van Wycke; sister, Diane Forge; and brother-in-law, Bruce Forge. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM on Friday, June 28, 2024, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home. The family requests that material contributions be made to Down Syndrome Awareness, in her memory. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
