Leonard H Stanley III

Leonard H. "Lenny" Stanley III, 45, of Niles, Ohio passed away Friday, January 24th, 2025 at St. Joseph Hospital after fighting a serious medical condition. He was born the son of Pamela Woolsey Stanley and Leonard H. Stanley, Jr., was a 1997 Graduate of Niles McKinley High School, and was the youngest brother of Devon & Joshua Stanley. Lenny was an IBEW electrician (Local 573) currently working at Progressive Field in Cleveland, a loyal and beloved member of ITAM 39 and Sons of Italy, and a former journeyman carpenter. He enjoyed playing bocce, listening to music, following the Ohio State Buckeyes & Las Vegas Raiders, and engaging in late night conversations with many people. Lenny was a spiritual person, did much good for others, and regarded Jesus among his friends. He was also a veteran of United States Navy. He will be sadly missed by many who knew and loved him, including his mother of Niles; his father who lives in Washington, Missouri with his wife, Wendy, and his step-daughters Alexa, Carrie, & Vivian; his brothers, Devon(Sara) of Liberty, Joshua (Beth) of Warren; his nephews Asa & Silas Stanley; his Aunts Patty Zamaria & Sandy Pacheco; his uncles Gene Pacheco, John Stanley, David Stanley and Jim Valdez; and his many cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Leonard H. Stanley, Sr. & Christine E. Lorent, maternal grandparents Ruben Woolsey & Nancy Kimbrough, Uncles Joe Zamaria, Criss Kellar and Doug Tygrett, Aunts Ruby Abeyta & Carol Vars. Friends may call Friday from 5-7pm at the Joseph Rossi & Sons Funeral Home in Niles where funeral services will begin for Lenny at 7PM.
