Marlyne Joyce Young

Marlyne Joyce Young, 85, of Niles, Ohio passed away on July 22nd, 2025 at Niles Senior Living. She was born to the late Beuford Bailey and Marcela (Saul) Bailey in Rhinelander, WI on November 9th, 1939. Marlyne would graduate from Lordstown High School in 1957 and marry the love of her life, the late Robert B. Young on January 31st, 1959. She would become a homemaker and would go on to raise 2 children, Robert and Michael Young. Marlyne was a bright light in this world who loved going to car shows with her husband, tending to her garden, flowers, trips to the casino and bingo. Marlyne is survived by her children; Robert (Cari) Young and Michael (Cheryl) Young, her grandchild; Trisha Abbatte, and great grandchildren; Robert Young and Tyler Bird. She is also survived by a sister, Gloria Keller. Marlyne is preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and her siblings; Dot Atkins, Shirley Bowman, Roland Bailey, Warren Bailey, Chuck Bailey, and Walter Bailey. Family and friends may call from 5pm to 7pm at William Nicholas Funeral home on Tuesday July 29th, with a service on Wednesday July 30th at 11 am at William Nicholas Funeral home.
