Michael Iliff Obituary

Michael James 'Mike' Iliff, 76, of Masury, Ohio, passed away Saturday, Sept. 28, 2024, after a brief battle with cancer. He was born July 30, 1948, in Sharon to Harry R. Iliff and Evelyn Shannon Iliff. After graduating from Sharon High School, Mike enlisted in the U.S. Army. After being honorably discharged from the Army, Mike worked at Sharon Steel for many years then Magnotto's Shop'n Save until he retired. Mike enjoyed taking yearly trips to New York City with his daughter. Just months before his death, he was able to visit NYC and take in a Yankees game with his son, daughter, and daughter-in-law. He said it was 'his greatest vacation ever.' He was an avid sports fan of the Yankees, Jets, Crimson Tide, and Celtics. Mike is survived by his daughter, Adrienne Iliff, Masury, with whom he lived; son, Ken Taylor and his wife, Leslie, California; and four grandchildren, Zachary, Crimson, Wayne, and Kylan. Besides his parents, Mike was preceded in death by his wife Denise, son Jeremy Whenry, four brothers, and two sisters. Arrangements by Cremation & Funeral Service by Gary S.
