Owen Mitchell Cofer

Owen Mitchell Cofer, 29, of Warren, OH passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital. He was born October 11, 1996, in Warren, OH, the son of Jason M. Cofer and the late Melissa Anne Silman. Owen graduated from Inverness High School in Florida. He enjoyed 4-wheeling, camping, animals, and he was a good cook. He is survived by his father, Jason M. Cofer of Warren, OH; sister, Reece Cofer of San Francisco, CA; step siblings, Edwon Carter and Arianna Loudermilk; maternal grandmother, Denise Wargo; and paternal grandmother, Maryanne Silman. He was preceded in death by his mother, Melissa Anne Silman. Services will be held at 1:30 pm on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home. Friends may call from 12:30 pm until service time on Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be in All Souls Cemetery, Bazetta Twp., OH. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
