Pershel KIRKSEY

Pershel Kirsey, 48, of Warren, OH departed this life Monday, October 13, 2025. She was born October 5, 1977 in Warren, OH, the daughter of Bradford Stringer, Anita Kirksey Dennison and raised by David Reid. She was a 1995 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. Pershel was an Event Decorator with Shea Murry for many years and was a self-employed Home Health Aide. She enjoyed cooking, cleaning and taking care of her children and family. She leaves to mourn three sons, Antone Perry, Addison Perry and LaVez Powell all of Warren; her father, David Reid of Warren; four brothers, David Kirksey, Jamal Reid, Angelo May and Quincy Jordan all of Warren; three sisters, Mrs. Channel Skinner of Youngstown, Ms. Tiffany May and Ms. Desiree Hornbuckle both of Warren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Anita Kirksey Dennison; father, Bradford Stringer; one son, Aaron Kirksey; grandparents, Robert Stringer Sr., Ms. Gertrude Stringer, Ms. Anniest Kirksey, Ms. Geneva Reid, Jesse Kirksey, Moses Reid; uncle, Dwan Kirksey and aunt, Ms. Annette McCord. Memorial Services will be held Friday, October 24, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Because of Him, 1244 Tod Place, Warren, OH 44485. Arrangements of comfort were handled by the Sterling-McCullough Williams Funeral Home.
