Raymond McMinn Obituary

HOWLAND – Raymond D. McMinn, age 86, passed away peacefully July 23,2023 at Hospice House in Poland. He was born April 27, 1937 in Riddlesburg, Pa. He married Ruth (Foor) McMinn, and they enjoyed sixty-one years together until her passing in February, 2016. He was employed by Republic and LTV Steel as a craneman until his retirement and had a passion for cars, old and new. He leaves behind seven children: Allan McMinn of Niles, Karen Halliday of Youngstown, Brenda McMinn of Youngstown, Dale McMinn (Donna) of Farmdale, Cindy McMinn (Obadiah) of Girard, Cathy Kennedy of Dublin, and Lisa McMinn (Miguel) of Girard; sixteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and his special friend, Ethel Flower. There are no calling hours or services. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hospice House, 9803 Sharrott Rd., Poland OH 44514.
