Richard Fricker Obituary

Richard W. Fricker, age 63, of Hubbard passed away at home on Friday February 16, 2024. Richard was born March 8, 1960 in Youngstown, Ohio a son of Paul W. & Julia A. Fecych Fricker. He was a 1978 graduate of Hubbard High School. He was an avid sports fan, especially for the Cleveland Sports teams and The Ohio State Buckeyes. Richard was a union plumber for many years, and a member of Pipe Fitters Union. He attended Saint Patrick Roman Catholic Church, and was a member of Lions Club of Hubbard. He will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by his family; his sisters Lynne (Jeff) Stiver of Hubbard, Christine (Michael) Julian of Dublin, Ohio, and his nieces and nephews whom he deeply loved. Beside his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Daniel P. Fricker. A private graveside service will be held. Richard will be laid to rest at St. Mary's Cemetery in Hermitage. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saint Patrick Roman Catholic Church Food Pantry 225 North Main Street Hubbard, Ohio 44425. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care of Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home.
