Samuel Crist III

Samuel James Crist III, 53, of Warren, OH passed away September 12, 2025 at home. He was born August 21, 1972 in Ravenna, OH, a son of the late Samuel James Crist Jr. and Karen (Rousch) Crist. On December 8, 2017, he married the former Stacey Bender. Samuel was a Dallas Cowboy fan and had a love for rock music. He also enjoyed doing yard work and was addicted to getting ink (tattoos). Most of all, he loved his friends and family. Samuel is survived by his wife, Stacey Crist; sons, Ethen-Alan James Crist of Warren and Max Ague of Austintown; sister, Darlene Barrow of OH; nephews, Michael Barrow of Warren, and William Barrow Jr. of Ashtabula; mother-in-law, Jeanmarie Bender and sisters-in-law Lisa and Sara Bender. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers-in-law, William Barrow and Steven Bender and his father-in-law, Thomas E. Bender. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
